1) maintain what little credit I have and keep a 30% max. utilization.
2) pay ALL bills when they arrive
3) go over finances weekly
4) track those expenses weekly
5) round UP all withdraws on checking account and round DOWN all deposits
6) check credit report and FICO score every 3 months
7) dispute anything wrong on those credit reports
8* attempt to get paid for deletion on any collection accounts
9) open a checking account and line of credit with credit union
10) secure an auto loan
11) don't apply for anymore credit cards!
12) SAVE profit-share monies for the year
